Why procrastinate?

whyprocrastinate.jpg

I bought this book early this month, its a very easy to read book written by Teo Aik Cher, he is a local educator, writer and illustrator. This book helps reader to understand what is procrastinate, how it started and how to overcome. Quite a inspiring and fun to read book. I knew I need some drive in life to push myself forward and this book helps.

Today is the last day of the month. Had enough of resting and slacking. Almost 2 months after my ORD. I spend most of my time catch up with friends, meeting them for meals, finish off all the unfinished, pick up a new sport to train up my body, upgrade my photography skill and DSLR, get a .com for my blog. Now I’m tune back to normal sleeping hours, I guess its time to get serious.

CHIJ Choirs – Hold on to our dream

About 5 years back, I found this CHIJ school song while blog hopping. This girl xtyncia used it as the background music for her blog. I like this song so much that I leave her blog on and let the song repeat. On that day I added her on MSN and asked for the song. I didn’t know who sang this song and the title, I didn’t ask her and she didn’t talk about it. Until one day I blog about the song and so happen that lili read that post and told me that its her school song! Amazing! Oh~ I remember lili told me it was a CHIJ song during a TKD training session.

Enjoy this school song, hold on to our dream!

IJ Spirit burning bright
Fill this world with love and light
Light that shines for all to see
Love that sets our spirits free

IJ friendships through the years
Born of simple joys and tears
Something tells us deep inside
IJ friends are friends for life

Hold on to our dream of peace, don’t stop believing
Our hearts and hands ever seeking, ever serving
Hold on to the sound of our friends all joyously singing
Our voices raised to the Lord our God above
Hold on to our dream

IJ Spirit burning bright
Fill our hearts with love and light
Light to see ourselves anew
Love begins with me and you

IJ voices ringing true
Reaching out and breaking through
Every heart will hear our call
Share our dream of peace for all

Hold on to our dream of peace, don’t stop believing
Our hearts and hands ever seeking, ever serving
Hold on to the sound of our friends all joyously singing
Our voices raised to the Lord our God above
Hold on to our dream (x2)

Hold on to our dream
Hold fast to the IJ dream
Hold on to our dream
